Senior Data Engineer

In this senior Data Engineer role, you will implement the foundations of data-intensive systems and build scalable data infrastructure in the cloud. You collaborate with client teams to deliver secure, reliable data storage and processing capabilities. You will tackle backbones of data ecosystems, manage pipelines, and adapt to diverse environments across projects. • Implement foundations of data-intensive systems and enabling infrastructure
• Store, transform, and process data at scale in the cloud
• Ensure secure and safe data storage using suitable technologies
• Manage data processing backbones including jobs, scheduling, and configurations
• Collaborate in client teams on back-end data infrastructure in varied environments
• Contribute to high-quality data pipelines and architecture across projects

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with data processing tools such as Airflow, Spark, Flink, and Druid
• Understanding of cloud environments and ability to work with or learn cloud platforms
• Enjoys working with multiple clients and learning new environments and teams
• Comfort with open-source technology, scripting, and templating
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality results
